The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a Nespresso coffee machine and a safe. The staff is friendly and speaks great English.

The bathroom design could be improved with better water sprouting from the bidet.

We loved thesuper clean and cozy rooms, especially the large and cozy suite. The hotel facilities had a charming Bond Street London feel to them, with lots of wood and tasteful decorations throughout. The location in the Retiro neighborhood was perfect for us, as it allowed easy access to all the tourist sites in this city. We were pleased to find that the hotel was situated opposite a huge shopping mall, making it very convenient for shopping.

We visited this hotel for our honeymoon and it was the perfect base to explore the city. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to many attractions in the area. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff at the hotel were friendly and even left us some treats to celebrate our special occasion. The breakfast provided was lovely, with a wide variety of choices. We were also impressed with how accommodating the staff were, as we arrived late at night due to flight delays and they were still able to check us in smoothly. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to commercial street and Galerias Pacifico. Walk to restaurants, bars, and even Puerto Madero. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage. Friendly staff, especially doormen. Breakfast with many sweet options.
